Realtor Referral Program

The Heartland Custom Homes Realtor Referral Program is for licensed real estate professionals who refer customers to Heartland.  Eligibility is outlined below:

Compensation – 3% Commission not to exceed $15,000 as described below.

Complete the Commission Agreement and fulfill the following:

• • • • The commission rate is based on the base price of home construction and does not include land (unless listed with realtor), finishes, owner upgrades or onsite costs.
      • As the realtor, you are required to schedule and be present at the first meeting with builder for transfer of trust and information.
      • The customer must be in a signed buyers/sellers agent agreement; thus, commission rate will be disclosed to customer in contracts, the same as any home transaction.
      • If the customer enters into a design build agreement, realtor may no longer show customer other houses or risk payment of the customers design build cancelation up to $3,000.
      • 3% Commission payments will be paid upon the closing of the house.

    Referral:

    If simply referring a prospective customer not in a buyers agent agreement:

    • • • • Complete the referral form below with the customer’s information and call a representative at Heartland Custom Homes.
          • Realtor may choose a flat referral fee of  $ 2,500.00 and forgo 3% commission requirements.
          • Referrals will increase by $500 per contract in a calendar year.
          • Referral fees will be paid upon a signed contract.
