Your process for a better home:

Building a home for you is first about knowing you, and second about knowing homebuilding.

First, our process helps us become an expert in you – your passions and specific needs. We work to design a place that will meet your needs and support your dreams – for years to come.

Second, homebuilding. Well, we’re already experts in that.

1.
Discovery Meeting

At our Discovery Meeting, you’ll start by sitting down with our CEO, Mat. We want to get to know you. We like to hear about why you’re building, what you love and dislike about your current space, and which areas of your current home you spend the most time in. This helps us work together to build a house that is thoughtfully crafted just for you.

2.
Design

Next, we start to design the floorplan and layout of the house. With an in-house draftsman, we are able to design and draw your new home right here in our office. And with 3D technology, we’re able to bring your new home vision to life! 

3.
Customize Your Home

We will sit down with you and go through the selections one at a time, room by room. You’ll also get a chance to look at and feel materials so that you can be confident in your decisions.

This makes it easy and exciting for you to design the look and feel of your new personalized home.

4.
Let’s Build!

Finally, we build! There’s nothing more exciting than breaking ground on your new home. Our expertise and workmanship, combined with our panelized process, makes this step easy and enjoyable for you – allowing you to feel confident that your new home is in good hands. We have built more than 1,200 homes over 50 years and we’ll take care of you every step of the way.

Our panelized process allows us to make your new home weather-tight faster, and it also allows us to schedule out your entire project, shortening the build time and providing you with a projected move in date!
